”This place is an absolute nightmare. The room was a health hazard and filthy, toilet was caked in urine and the shower was covered in thick grime. It was clear the room hadn't been properly sanitized in ages. The mattress and pillows were rock-hard, resulting in horrible broken sleep and stiff neck. Things went from bad to worse at checkout. I slipped on a thick patch of unmaintained, UNSALTED ice at the entrance, causing a painful strain to my neck and spine. When I confronted management about...

”We checked into a dirty room, the front staff was great about it and moved us to a different room. The hotel never informed a person the hot tub is closed and waiting for parts, I guess I would have liked a better discount than $17 for the room error and lack of communication of no pool availability. a bit disappointed with the stay.”

”A very convenient location for an overnight stay after my LONG drive. My room was spotlessly clean. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable! Coffee options were excellent and breakfast in the morning was very good! Front desk, staff, professional, and very helpful. When I brought a small concern up to the management he was awesome and would take care of my issue very promptly. Would definitely stay again. ”
