”The room wasnt overly neglected but either the lady put us in the wrong room or made a mistake because there wasnt a sink or stove like in the picture of the room we paid extra for. I changed the light bulbs and unclogged the toilet. The staff was nice, the beds were very comfortable. It felt like a nice cabin ”

”Everything worked well. Kitchen didn't have a pot or a pan, but had cups, glasses, utensils, a toaster and a kettle. Air conditioning was quiet. We wished the shower had a better pressure. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Quiet and clean hotel. Would be staying here again. ”

”Room was quite dated/worn. Carpets and fabric surfaces (couch) show their age/condition. Loose tile on bathroom floor and counter top was drooping. ”

”I wasn’t the one staying. My son got stuck with nowhere to go. So, I tried to pay for him to stay there. The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather. ”

”Room was clean and spacious. Beds are starting to get well used so our backs were sore after the 1st night and pillows were pretty soft. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Manager was so friendly and checked up on everyone and always smiling! Front desk was nice and efficient. Pool was good. Hot tub was hot! Towels were kept stocked. Lots of parking but highway noise if your on that side. We loved the room blackout curtains! Our fav hotel in MJ”
