”Cairon is a gracious host who makes you feel immediately at home. The warm, friendly vibe is so much nicer than a conventional hotel. Fresh coffee in the morning, cookies and lemonade every afternoon. We unexpectedly had to leave a day early and he didn't charge us for the night. What a thoughtful and appreciated gift. If you come to Zion, this is the place to stay. End of discussion.”

”I travel a lot for business and for conferences and this property was very cozy, clean, and spacious, which made for a pleasant stay and for it’s ability to have a washer and dryer, sure, this is nice for vacations, too, but when I don’t have a lot of time or options, it’s super convenient. ”Very cozy and comfortable home. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. Butch and Michelle take pride in their property. Located in a small town and near Zion, Bryce National Park and many more places to visit. Very quiet at night to enjoy a nice fire, watch the sunset and star gazing. Bert the horse greeted me every morning and evening. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.”

”My friend and I stayed here. We booked it because it is close to the entrance. We planned to take the shuttle to the entrance then realized we could easily walk the 0.7 miles from the B&B. We thought we were going to share the bed. Turned out there was a pull-out sofa bed. The breakfasts were delicious! We appreciated all of the tips about the hiking. Friendly, clean, comfortable and close - What more could you ask for? Highly recommend staying here!”

”This was a great little spot for a weekend girl's trip. The communication was wonderful, and I got a quick resolution to a small hiccup. It is a neighborhood, but it was quiet. There are steps you need to go down to get to the door. They are a little steep which caused me a little issue, but it would not stop us from staying here again.”
