”It really is a cute place to stay, although the mattresses are terrible, the kitchen was dusty, and there were repairs that needed to be done. All of that would have been tolerable, but communication with the property manager was non-existant, (until the day of check-in when we got an email with a code for the lock). We had a phone number and a name, but the person never answered, texted, or acknowledged us in any way. For instance. We wanted to know if the cabin had air conditioning. (It does.)...
