The only thing I can say is I booked a reservation in February for a junior suite via Expedia. When I got there, there was no room and it was sold out. Expedia said the reservation was good. The hotel said they cancelled it. No cancellation was received by myself or Expedia. Both the hotel and Expedia pointed at each other. I had to go stay in the only room available nearby, appr 8'x10', in another hotel. Ruined the trip, which was a wedding. :( Never have had this happen in my travels. And, I travel a LOT.
