Majatalot – Louth

”Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend.”

”Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast.”

”Very kind helpful staff, excellent amenities, tidy and welcoming. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers.”

”Mo was great, sorted any issues and was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.”

”The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. The property is unsupervised and there's no way to contact management in the evening and a telephone assistant is not based in the UK. The room is tired, the classes in the bathroom are not clean, bedding needs to be undated, a door stopper is...

”Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

”From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...

”Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay”

”Nice clean room everything fully usable great value for money. Obviously not a five star hotel but great for a budget stay. Very comfy bed slept very well”

”Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.”
