”Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.”

”It didn't have a refrigerator in side the room. 2. If you needed Ice you would have to climb 2 flight of stair. They should have one on each floor.However the staff members was willing to get it for me on to separate occasion The staff was pretty friendly if you needed somethinthey came right away. ”We had a great stay at the Westin, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We did get locked out of room and had to have the IT come in and reset the lock but even then they were so kind, quick and efficient.”

Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again.
