”Updated rooms. Very clean and staff tried to go out of their way to make sure we were happy. Beds were comfortable. Large refrigerator. No problems at all. Great price and close to everything we needed and wanted to go. Would stay again.”

”This is a very nicely renovated property with very nice fixtures. However was obviously a property with prior smoking rooms. Cosmetic renovation cannot cover up the imbedded smell of stale smoke. The bed was also too soft for our taste.”

”This hotel was a construction zone. Everywhere you looked was filth and trash. TV did not work. No chairs in room, no WiFi, no coffee pot, iron, etc. No breakfast which was advertised. I am asking Expedia for a full refund.”

The hotel is in dire need of remodeling: furniture replacement and room update, shower working adequately (3 streams, felt like a pressure washer!!), and making sure room doors are locking and adequately secure (we slammed it shut to go to breakfast, checked to make sure it was shut, and came back to find it open--we pushed on it and it swung open!). ”I was checking in by myself, and the woman who gave me my keycard loudly said what room number I was in. There was a line of people behind me who all heard. She was very friendly but it just wasn’t very safe to do that. Most hotels just hand you the card and say your room number is on the card.”

It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off.
