”Black mold growing all over the steam room. We asked them to clean it but i was unusable oit entire stay. ”

”Room was nice clean , good supply of towels. Hotel was great location close to all restaurants and stores . Staff was friendly every time we saw anyone. The ice coffee set was great idea. ”

”Huge 75 foot heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Room was a little on the smaller size but for the price I am not complaining. The room was big enough for the two queen beds and a chair, small refrigerator, microwave and bathroom area. I was there for the pool and was not disappointed.”

”The rooms were excellent. The staff was excellent everything clean people are so nice up there. We will be back in another month and already booked a room in Stamford, Connecticut at that location thank the staff and thank you for all the good service.”

”This place looks like your typical New England roadside motel, and I’ve stayed in a lot of those, but the Gorham Motor Inn still surprised me: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again”

”Average lodge in Jackson. Lot was clear of snow and ice. Minimal interaction with staff. Easy check in/out. Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you. ”

”It’s a little old and dated, but it has everything I need. As someone who frequently travels to the area for recreation, this place is one of my go-to places to stay. Balcony rooms are always reasonably priced, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. ”

”I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. The whole thing needs...

”Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.”
