”We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.”

”Perfect location for a person traveling for work . Hospital , Beach and Mercato all under a mile away . Got to enjoy Beautiful sunsets and take a few bicycles rides when not working . Bed was comfortable and having a washer dryer was helpful . Would stay again”

”It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us.”
