”Brian is an excellent host, responsive to any questions. Location is very accessible to many places and is in a residential area, so quiet and without heavy traffic. He recommended some excellent local restaurants. The kitchen is very well laid out and equipped, even with an air fryer.”

Unfortunately a cold front came through and we found out the hard way that heat is not included in the rental. The host made a call to a tech and we wasted over three hours (after telling us they were 45 mins away) waiting for him to arrive since she said someone had to be at the house. ”Perfect home base location for our needs this trip. Nice to have a pool to take a dip in and/or sit by vs. heading to the beach for the day. Although we did go to Bonita Beach, Lovers Park and Little Hickory beach and found parking easily. Close to Naples, Marco Island, Everglades and the airport. Ample restaurants to chose from as well close by. Would highly recommend. We stayed for a week. ”

”Very responsive host. The cottage was roomy and comfortable and had everything you needed to cook. The bikes were nice and an added bonus. Beach was a couple of hundred yards. Nice neighborhood. We would stay here again. ”

”Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me.”
