”We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.”

”This was a great rental. The beach is across the street!! The hous is down the road from the "action", so its a quiet neighborhood. However, a quick drive or beach trolley ride and you are where all the action is, with food, drink, ice cream and shopping. Publix is real close for quick pick up of items. The downstairs suite was perfect for us! The beds were great! The pool was great and we used it daily. The view of the ocean was amazing. It was so nice having breakfast and dinner while...

”Great house in an amazing location. The unique layout of this home offered everyone their privacy and space. Being so close to the beach was awesome and having a pool was even better for the days that we didn’t want to get sandy! We did not want to leave when the time came, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we absolutely loved it!”

”It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us.”

”The host is really helpful and responsive. She gave me a lot of great recommendation about where to go to pick seashells and restaurant nearby. The location is quiet and clean.”

We also loved that bikes and beach supplies were provided—it made everything so convenient and fun. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!”
