”This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I use VRBO all of the time and this place is 5 star worthy. ”

”We stayed at the property for almost a week and had a great time. The pool was being fed by the hot tub, so for a few days it was at 101 degrees. Had a hard time turning down the thermostat, but eventually worked it out with the owner to turn off the heater all together. The pool was down to 90 by the last day. Also the water pressure plummeted mid-trip, but the owner came by that day and it was better than ever by that evening.Overall it was a good stay.”

”We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun.”

The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course. The open golf green allowed for some nice sunrise viewing. Screened in porch was a nice hang out spot. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and a pack-n-play in the...

”Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. ”
