”This cute little cottage (a converted carriage house) was perfect for my stay in Harper's Ferry. The cottage was well maintained, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again - particularly if I came in a car (it is near the top of a tall hill, and I came by bike off the C&O towpath, which was a climb!).
Notes: (1) there are two rentals with the same address, a house and this carriage house out back. I had a mildly embarrassing moment when I showed up and tried to enter the wrong house....

”Perfect location! We love to walk everywhere we can and explore and from the house you can get to lower town Harpers Ferry and all the little restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops along the way. The recommendations provided were all great and Snallygasters across the street, Rabbit Hole, Bolivar Bread Bakery, and Epigram Coffee (don’t forget the pastries) were all amazing. Harpers Ferry is just an overall friendly town and even more pet friendly everywhere!! House was all we needed for a nice...

”Beautiful setting and a well and thoughtfully appointed home. An aside but helpful tip is that there are not any nearby convenience stores if you forget a little something, so come prepared. The space is comfortable and fun and the view is fantastic, the location is convenient for a lot of local attractions and activities, but we also would have been content to just hang at the house! A very relaxing vibe. We would definitely stay again, and would hopefully share with friends and family, the...

”Beautiful home, close to the attractions and very quiet. Only downside was the Hot tub which was a major reason we rented it, cover was wore out allowing debris to get in and wouldn’t heat above 90 degrees and the controls for the jets one was missing and they would not function all the time. Communication with the host was excellent and speedy responses sent a maintenance worker out but was not able to solve the problem at the moment”

”This is a lovely property — highly recommended. We spent a week in Harper’s Ferry with our daughter and her dog. The fenced yard gave the dog what she needed, but the “star of the show” is the house which was clean and well-equipped. The primary bedroom is spacious and bright, as is en-suite bathroom. The layout on the main level is wonderfully open, and worked well for family together gathering, but is also large enough to permit separate activities. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes...
