”The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping. Overall...it was just what we needed, a nice place to kick back, relax and enjoy the...

”Was looking for a cabin that was away from all the noise on the 4th of July. Heard a little bit of noise off in the distance but barely. Definitely more of a hunting lodge, with nice tree stands close by. The beds having no frame is a little uncomfy but all in all was a great stay If you are looking to get away in the middle of nowhere.”

”We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location.”

”This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. The only thing we thought that it needed was a bar in the bathroom for the tub. We are all older - it was a 62, 70 and 80 year old in our group and its tough to get into showers that are in a tub setting. We went to Walmart and got one of the suction cup hand bars and put it on for our use- I needed another one for my house any...

”I can't say enough how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was a quaint farmhouse with room enough for everyone. The cow paintings were so cute. The owner Danielle was so responsive to any need we had. She left us fresh eggs in a sweet little "coop" on the kitchen counter.. We were able to relax and have family time. ”This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!”
