Somewhat steep decline down to the water but my son and I had no problem and caught lots of fish right off the dock! If I have to be picky, the house is a little dated, but as advertised. perfect for a family of five visiting Fayetteville, but wanting to be close to some fishing. Would stay again.”

”Property was extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Home decor was also very nice. It was so helpful having a washer/dryer and kitchen. We used both things a lot. We would have liked some more things supplied in the kitchen such as Saran Wrap/foil or baggies. Also no spices or condiments in fridge. If u are planning on using the kitchen, make sure to bring/buy your own for the stay. We had issues checking into the property as the screen door was locked so we could not access the front...
