Täydellinen täydennettyyn perhelomailuun Nova Scotian etelärannalla

Whitecaps-huippukokous sijaitsee Kraut Pointin niemimaan yläosassa Ala-LaHavessa, Riverportissa, Nova Scotiassa. Korkealta ahdelta voit ottaa 180-asteen panoraamanäkymän näkymästä LaHave-saarille, LaHave-joelle ylöspäin ja aina Creaserin lahtille.

Se sijaitsee 300 metrin päässä sisarmökistä, Whitecaps Retreat (VRBO ID - 1071521) - tarpeeksi kaukana yksityisyydestä, mutta riittävän lähellä, jos kaksi ryhmää halusi vuokrata molemmat mökit. Whitecaps Summit -konferenssissa on täydet suurperheille kolme makuuhuonetta king-size-vuoteilla ja yksi kerrossänky, jossa neljä erillistä vuodetta. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, ja kolmannessa on jaettu kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme.

Mökissä on moderni sisustus, avoin keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone, josta voit ottaa laajan näkymän. Keittiössä on kaikki odotettavissa olevat modernit mukavuudet, ja ruokapöydässä on tilaa 10: lle.

Keittiöstä poistuvien suurten ranskalaisten ovien kautta voit päästä sisustetulle kuistilla, jossa on mukavat patiohuonekalut ja pöytä ulkona. Toisen tarinan ulkopuolella on aurinkoterassi, josta on hämmästyttävä 180 asteen näkymä.

Tämä Nova Scotian alue tunnetaan lämpimistä vesistään, joissa LaHave-joki kohtaa Atlantin valtameren. Laskevan vuoroveden aikana tutustu Whitecapsia ympäröivään yksityiseen rantaan. Bliss!

Warning: Staying in this paradise will ruin you for all future rentals.:)We can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. The location was fantastic - lots of beaches and shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We had fun exploring the area but we also had a great time just hanging out at the house - sitting on the deck, wandering down to the water, lounging in the house. The house had everything we needed (and then some). We were especially impressed by all the thoughtful touches that made things so easy and so relaxing (blankets for stargazing, chairs and boogie boards for the beach, big beanbag chairs for reclining, etc.). There was plenty of space to hang out together but also enough space that we could all find our own little zones for some quiet time.Jacqui and Andy were very responsive to all questions and were wonderful about ensuring we had everything we needed.All we really needed was a few more weeks of paradise... ;)

Beautiful views since the house sits on top of a hill. All the beds were extremely comfortable and nice soft sheets. Had a small issue with the dishwasher but the owner addressed it quickly. Loved the screened in porch and the upper deck, just taking in the views and relaxing.

Great relaxing location

Perfect location for a long weekend with friends. The house is exactly as described. Great space to be together but the bedrooms with own bath gave us separate spaces as well. Beautiful views all around, super quiet and yet easy enough to get to Lunenburg for groceries, shopping and dinner. Must visit is Dear Emma for pizza and taking the ferry to the LeHave bakery! Owners were helpful and easy to work with throughout the renting process. We would definitely come back!

Awesome stay at Whitecaps

We had a great family reunion at the Whitecaps Summit and Retreat! Very nice, well equipped, modern homes with all the amenities. Highlights were the beach access, the firepits with firewood (we used both), the upper deck and deck blankets to watch the sunset and the big windows with ocean views in every direction!

Wonderful Multi-Generation Family Visit

The house was an excellent set-up for three couples and three boys (Oma & Opa, plus sons' two families). The fire pit was a hit for smores. And we enjoyed star gazing, the beginning of the Perseid meteor shower, and satellite spotting from the top deck (very thoughtful for the house to provide blankets for outdoor use).

Thanksgiving Staycation

As a family, we were looking for a rental that would allow our entire family to be able to just spend time together. This property certainly allowed for this. Ourselves, as grandparents, along with each of our two children and their spouses had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The grandchildren were thrilled to make use of the bunk room. We had no issues finding the property and found things to do in the immediate area - just crossing over and back on the ferry to La Have (and of course the bakery!) was an adventure for the grandkids. The appearance of two deer while we were eating breakfast was another highlight for our three year old granddaughter. The house was well equipped for us to prepare our own meals. It is apparent that the hosts have thought of their guests every possible need. The view from the upper balcony and lower deck allowed for us to just relax and take it all in. The stargazer pillows and blankets were a big hit and put to good use. Definitely would recommend this home!

Located just south of Lunenburg and about 90 minutes from Halifax. Perfect if you are looking for restuarants, shopping, siteseeing, but want to experience the quite of rural Nova Scotia.

Beautiful in every way!

Peaceful, beautiful, clean, quiet with everything one could need while on vacation. The three King beds were the most comfortable beds any of us had ever slept on…wow! Great for 3 couples traveling together…3 full baths as well! For anyone traveling with kids the additional bunk beds are an extra bonus. We loved the view and location too!

Whitecaps Summit

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this very comfortable cottage.The added bonus of a private beach was fun and even though the water was chilly it was a great place to spend a few hours before lighting the fire pit in the evening. Lunenburg is an easy drive with many great restaurants and the ferry across to the bakery in LaHave is close by also. Peggy’s cove is slightly further but a good place to visit. Overall I would highly recommend Whitecaps as a great place to stay. I would also like to thank Andy for checking in on us when the storm arrived to make sure we were doing ok. Thankfully it didn’t deter us too much as the gas bbq and fire pit were made good use of when the power went out. Thanks again Natasha and family

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

It was the perfect family vacation spot for my family, and for my parents and in-laws who were also with us. The house was everything we had hope for and more! The location, the view and all the little touches included with the property were amazing! The 3 spacious bedrooms with king sized beds were very comfortable and my son loved his room with the bunk beds and “his furniture”. The upper deck was a favourite spot to sit and relax and to enjoy some drinks. We also really enjoyed the screened-in lower deck to eat dinner and avoid the bugs. The beach was fun to explore and surprisingly the water was warm, considering the weather wasn’t the sunniest. We all enjoyed our vacation on the East Coast and made many great memories! We would love to venture back one day!

We had a lovely stay at this property! Views from every room and clear nights on the upper deck were amazing! The beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable! We found plenty to the do in the area, with the caves at Ovens Natural Park being our fave. The property was clean and had the essentials. We also saw a deer mama and her baby walk across the property as well as a bald eagle! It was a great week-long 40th birthday stay!
