”I would say excellent but there was clumps of hair on my shower walls, and on the bed linen and chair there was more hair. I can see the strands on the sheets or chair being from anyone but idk how housekeeping could missed that hair on the shower walls but we all know hair is just so off putting. The morning of checkout though yall was waking me up at 10:30 for “room check”…in a hurry for??? You clearly don’t spend a lot of time cleaning so why disturb guests ??”

”Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub.
Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.”
