Tämä 1500 m². Jalka penthouse huoneisto sijaitsee 5. kerroksessa on suora näköala merelle, astu 1500 sq. Ft. Kalustettu terassi, istua alas ja katsella risteilyalukset purjehtivat mennessä. Tämä 2 mh, 2 täyttä kylpy ominaisuuksia graniitti työtasot koko. Gourmet keittiössä "Profiili" ruostumaton teräs laitteet, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, jääkaappi, uuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu kattilat, pannut, astiat, lasit, kulhot, keittiövälineet, martini lasit, jne. Yksikkö kuuluu pesukone / kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta, DVD, ranta tuolit, sateenvarjot ja rantapyyhkeet. Rentoudu olohuoneessa ja vaipua meidän italialainen nahkasohva. Makuuhuoneessa on king latex patja. 2. makuuhuone on king-vuode, joka voidaan muuntaa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin ja AC. Tarjoamme valikoima lautapelejä. Sohva on ylimitoitettu, mutta ei vedä.

Condo was spacious, quiet, very clean and well stocked. Great views from the deck. The beach and pool were excellent. Location was good and we could walk to several restaurants. The hosts were very helpful. Beach chairs and umbrellas should be replaced. It was a great stay and we would rent again.

This penthouse unit was absolutely spectacular, not only the view but the interior as well. Gail is also an amazing host, very responsive in communication and has the unit nicely furnished. Cooking was fun while we stayed here. The pools are fantastic and the other guests were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as well. We fully enjoyed our stay here!

Gail's place in St. Martin is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location and view can't be beat. The place was better stocked than any VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was super clean and in perfect working order. Gail had excellent communication and was great to rent from. For anyone considering renting a place in St. Martin, you will have no regrets if you stay here! It's the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

It was I believe our 5th time staying in this amazing condo and we are already planning our next trip back. The ocean views and sunsets are spectacular from either of the 2 terraces. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The host is amazing and very communicative and any small issue we have ever had has been taken care of immediately. We love the ability to stay in and grill/cook when we do not feel like venturing out and spending a relaxing day on the terraces when we need a break from the beach. The pools are clean and refreshing and we have met many lifelong friends who live in the complex. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 I would! Cannot wait till next year!

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The property is very nice. We stayed during off season, so it was almost like having a private pool and private beach. It had all of the amenities we needed: towels, games, beach chairs, coffee! We interacted with our hosts once during the trip and they were very kind and very helpful. Paradise in the Sky!

We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is at the very top of our list. The view, the accomodations, the extras (wine, beer, beach chairs, snorkel, etc), and the private beach with caves make this penthouse unbelievable! Stay here on your next trip for sure!!

Absolutely spectacular!

We had a wonderful spring break and couldn’t have been happier staying at this condo! This was our first time on the island and we were a little nervous to stay outside of a resort, but Gail put our minds at ease and we were very comfortable. The beach was spectacular and practically secluded, the condo was extremely comfortable for us and our teens, and the outdoor spaces were the cherry on top! I would highly recommend!!

More than fabulous!

We’ve stayed at many Vrbos around the world and we were amazed by everything. This condo matched exactly as stated but even more breathtaking in person. The house was fully, I mean fully, stocked with so many things. Highly appointed!! We ate meals everyday on the huge patio. We took naps on the double lounger. The beds were comfortable as well. We watched the waves, ships and sunset every evening. This place was close (10 mins) to the airport but not in the flight path. We ate at the Copecoy marina, Mamas Pizza, Maho Beach restaurants and the Dasha Restaurant at Starz. All are less than a mile a way. The organic market at the corner had great food, including sandwiches, baguettes and wine. It’s been a perfect 6 days. Thx to our host Gail who gave us suggestions and ensured we got in the condo safely. We will come again.

An amazing property on Cupecoy Beach. Exceeded all of our expectations..and they were high to begin with.The location is perfect and the condo is awesome. 3 levels with spectacular views. Great place for a weekend getaway.
