”We rented this house for the weekend of Snodeo in Old Forge. The house is conveniently located and is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. ”My daughter and I stayed at Carl’s place for a few days to see the eclipse. The chalet is absolutely lovely and we loved waking up each morning to the sunrise & the trees and the view of the lake…it was magical. ”We are skiers so are gone early in the morning and do not return until later in the evening. We eat outside except for breakfast in the morning. We bring our own sheets and towels. We removed the existing sheets on the beds and set aside for washing. All blankets are folded and left on beds for complete airing. We fold up rug so it doesn’t get dirty during our stay. All garbage and trash is removed. We vacuum and mop all floors. We are grateful and appreciative for the rental and treat...
