”This was a delightful cottage close to, and overlooking the river. It was well equipped, very clean, and although, unfortunately, the seminar I went up there for, kept me from spending as much time as I would have liked, sitting on the front deck, gazing out at the river, it was so peaceful when I was able. I am now trying to find time to go up there and stay, without other commitments, so I can just enjoy it.”

”We enjoyed our stay there. It was nice to be able to walk around the park and talk to others. It was right on the river so it was lovely. The Kangaroos came out in the evening. We were told by other park users that they raise the bridge at 9.30 am for houseboats to get passed. So we made sure we waited around to see that in the morning. The only problem was finding the place as the entrance was hard to find. We did drive right passed it coming across the bridge.”

”The Pickers’ Hut is a great place to stay. The pizza oven is gold and makes for an even more enjoyable experience. The fenced yard is perfect for the dogs. The location is quiet. Even on cold nights the hut is warm, comfy and cosy. The bed is comfortable for a good night’s sleep too. This was a return stay for us and are most certainly happy to come back again. ”The hosts Paul and Leanne made the cottage very welcoming with a welcome pack. Everything was clean and the cottage was well maintained.
