”Helpful friendly staff, great breakfast. Unfortunately room wasn’t clean very good. The room, elevator, some hallways on the property need cleaning attention.”

”All coffee and tea is downstairs in lobby.. otherwise it was nice.”

”Unfortunately our vehicle got broken into during our stay. Although, responsibility disclaimer is provided by the facility. It should be more proactive to help identify these incidents as protective measures for increased risk of crime on property.”

”Let’s see where do I begin? After getting our room, I called the front to let them know that the TV was not working the guy at the desk checked. Then said he couldn’t fix it and told me they couldn’t do anything until the morning. They never came. Went to the pool and asked if they could put out some clean towels. The towels never came. I’ve stayed at this place several times and this time I was disappointed.”

”Carpets in the hotel need to be cleaned. Older hotel room was decent clean except the carpet in the hallways”

”This property was filthy! Our sink was stopped up and the pullout bed had big brown stains which I took pictures of. The two dresser drawers would not stay closed and I ran into them several times. All in all the prices were increased 3 times the normal rate because of the game that was there this weekend to the sound of almost $300. This is awful price gauging for such a poorly ran hotel. Ridiculous.”

”Our room smelled like mildew the second shower that is a stand-up shower had a lot of water damage around the bottom could be why it smells so bad”

”The microwave doesn’t work properly,Although staff were polite and helpful”

”Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!”

”Went here for my daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious. Loved the outdoor space and lights and decor. Liked the Smeg fridges in the room.”
