Well, for starters on the Expedia app, I booked a suite which was supposed to include a living area and when I went to check in, I was told we know you booked a suite, but Expedia doesn’t have it on their site right so you are actually booked in a handicap room, which had no kitchenette no living room. Then I just accepted that and I was like OK that’s fine but whenever I go to the room, the TV wasn’t working the remote wouldn’t work. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room I asked could somebody come fix the TV? They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so they said can we move you to another room? I was moved to another room and then had the same issue with the TV. I went back to the front desk, asked for another controller if maybe they could fix it for me and they gave me another controller and that still didn’t work and when I went to ask if someone could fix it, they were very nonchalant about telling me we don’t know what’s wrong and basically I had to just deal with it so I was in a room with no television all night. Needless to say this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
