This separate holiday apartment for two people is located in the village of Lubmin on the ground floor of a residential building on a plot of approx. 370 sqm. The beach on the Greifswalder Bodden, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of approx. 500 m.The approx. 40 sqm non-smoking holiday apartment, renovated in 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table) with open kitchenette (electric hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway.



There is also a furnished terrace, car park and free W-LAN.



The total holiday price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Spa tax. The seaside resort of Lubmin is subject to visitor's tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswald Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is about 20 km away. In the village there is a pier with a landing stage, a beautiful, wide sandy beach (also nudist and dog beach), a modern sports centre, bicycle and pedal boat hire as well as various restaurants and shopping facilities. Pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are also possible on site.
