”First room we were assigned stank of fish, second room was moldy, third room was fine. All of the bed Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby.”

”The hotel was great. They’re under construction that’s understandable. That’s why I rated it a three and a four star just because of the construction and construction stuff laying all over but other than that the room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything else was good.”

When we arrived and went to our room, we had been traveling all day and were exhausted, so we didn’t notice all the things that were awful in the room. ”This property advertises pool and continental breakfast, they had neither. Pool was closed with a tarp over it. Went down for the breakfast and there was none, was told that they have apples. Bathroom had cobwebs and dirt in the corners, bathtub was dingy. I asked for a refund before I went to the room when I saw the pool and mattresses laying against the building and was told there was no refund, so I had no choice but to stay. The only thing good about this place was the lady who checked...

”There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

”Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray...
