”My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

”Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour.
