”Too our surprise this hotel was very clean and orderly. It's on Highway 20 but is back enough you couldn't hear the traffic very bad. We were surprised how clean the rooms and property were. We would stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

”The check in staff member was nice and friendly, but after she left the rest of employees were short and loud due to being disturbed from their computer screen. This was my first time visiting this Best Western in Clear Lake. As a member I've never been denied a continental breakfast. The food was being prepared for a church group only and had a closed sign outside the door. Luckily I found breakfast a cross the street at Grandpa's Cafe. It's a shame to give this Best Western a lacking review...

”If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street. The inside has rotting walls with actual holes, you can smell the mold and in one of the bedrooms it smelled so toxic like cat urine and chemicals - no one could sleep in there. The...

”We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right.”

”Clean room and linens. Table and chairs were nice touch for eating in. Shower was rather small and could probably use an update. A light in the area with the fridge/microwave would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again. Santana's next door was great for breakfast as well as the Shoreline Cafe. TNT on the Lake Bar & Grill was great as a dinner option.”
