”Pros: Good location, close to Telefonica and walkable to tourist areas. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, hot showers and heating. The hotel is modern. On the cons: the drains smelled a little in the bathroom, breakfast doesn’t begin until 7am which is too late for any day tours which all depart earlier than this (I stayed 3 nights and not once got to enjoy the breakfast I paid for), they do offer a breakfast bag to go but it is very basic. Also no free tea and coffee - most other hotels...

”Great location, big clean room with a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was ok. Only negative was that i feel the hotel overcharged us when we asked them if they could book a taxi for us to the airport.”

”The hotel is very nice boutique hotel, clean and feels new. Staff very nice, professional and caring, assisted in planning our evening, called for reservations and even came down to the street to tell the driver where we are going. Felt well taken care off.”

”Excellent stay. Helpful and supportive staff. Very efficient check-in.”

”洗澡，热水不够 太凉了”

”O hostel é muito arrumadinho e agradável. Ótimo para viajantes solo ou com amigos. E o bar é maravilhoso.”

”Exelent location, clean rooms”

”Very close to all the shopping and restaurants. The property itself is historic and beautiful”

”The location is centrally location, but it is on a major street corner and once it hits 5am, you won't sleep much if you have a street side room. The breakfast was very good.”

”Great”

”C’était correct. Je trouve que la chambre semblait un peu sale notamment le fait que le plancher n’avait pas l’air très propre. Le déjeuner était acceptable.”
