”I reserved our room on expedia. Which don't apparently keep up with mergers and changes?Because when we went for our motel , it was not there. We found an abandon motel with that name. So we looked up the phone number for the hotel. The wonderful concierge helped us find the hotel that was renamed and had us in our room in 5 minutes, so we were not late for our concert. Many, many thanks to her for a wonderful stay.”

”It’s a motel, so you should know what to expect. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. The linens were clean. The beds were comfortable enough. It was very quiet while we stayed. The breakfast is mainly just waffles and some muffins, but the waffles were delicious! Staff at the desk was very friendly. Easy location.”

”The hotel staff and customer service are kind and warm, good equipped facilities, and breakfast that’s plentiful regardless of the time. Impressed me was that the hotel uses premium branded shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. I enjoyed my staying. ”

”The hotel was clean, but very dated. Hot tub jets didn't work, fan in bathroom as well plus thermostat didn't change when adjusted and shower luke warm. ”

”This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

”The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. ”

”Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. ”
