”Everything about the place was substandard. The attention to detail was amazingly invisible. The bathroom, unclean looking sheets and pillow cases, and the floor could have used a good scrubbing. Not recommended.”

”The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”

”Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

”Was a nice place. A little over priced for food and activities but we like that the water park was included in the hotel stay.”

”The property is well located. The staff was very friendly a lot of items in the hotel or a little dated but overall, it was very clean. The eating area and breakfast were very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was efficient and the rooms had everything you really needed even for a business day. We didn’t use the pool area we had intended to the smell of chlorine was really really strong, but perhaps it has to be that way. Would stay there again.”

”The tub drain was broken, would not close all the way so the only way I could take a bath was stuffing a washcloth into the drain. And some of the dishes looked dirty/scuffed. But otherwise, my room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!!”

”Gross. No coffee, everything was broken and there was dried up puke on the floor. Housekeeping was awful. She missed trash under the sink. Duct tape on the air conditioner. Trash in lobby was overflowing. Unfortunately we booked through expediea and by the time was discovered how bad it was we had already paid. Pretty sure there was a rat in the vent also. We were there for our kid’s navy graduation and it was just yukky all the way around.”

”This property was far more expensive than the quality you pay for in my opinion. The room was standard, the pool had broken ladders and the front desk lady kept telling people different times for breakfast hours. Best part is how close you are to the mall!”
