”Overall, the house was great — very clean, lots of space, beautiful property. My 3 star review has to do with a couple of issues and a lack of responsiveness from the owner/property manager. ”We had an amazing stay in Menemsha! The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. We loved hanging out on the deck and the outdoor space. ”SUV a must.Quiet and remote location. Home is spacious but needs small repairs in upstairs bathrooms. Also, changing the water filter more frequently may lower the sense of iron from the water. Kitchen was equipped with all needed for a one week stay. Perfect place to reflect surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and close proximity to the beach - not for swimming but gazing at the ocean and hiking over beach stones.”

”Went here in May 2024 for my husband's 50th & a change of scenerty. Have been to MV many times but never stayed in Menemsha. This home was lovely - clean, serene, great yard for our mutt to run around. A few things to note for guests: it is in a very remote part of the island, so there is a lot of drive time (was fine for us); there are blackout curtains / shades, so you wake up with the sun (bring an eye mask); make sure you load up on groceries before you get to the house (especially ice);...

”Loved our experience. Owners could not have been more friendly and communicative. Anytime I had a question it was answered immediately. No complications whatsoever. Would love to come back. ”My wife, 2 dogs and I visited for a week. This house was well appointed, clean and relaxing. The deck, yard and views are spectacular. We were looking for a quiet place to decompress and recharge and this house did the trick. Christian was very responsive and helpful to every question. I highly recommend.”
