Welcome to the North Shores, just a 3 minute stroll to the beach.
This 4 bedroom / 3 bath property is stylishly remodeled with a fully fenced back yard. Located in downtown Ludington it is only a couple of blocks to the beach and only a 9 minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Ludington State Park with its 5300 acres of beaches, sand dunes and trails is only a 5 minute drive. Enjoy everything Ludington has to offer in this beautiful, upscale home.

Gaylord Ave is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Ludington. Set on a quiet residential lane near schools, this street is only a few blocks from the beach and perfect for walking or exploring in all seasons.

The house is just beautiful - comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO experience for my octogenarian parents.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice large backyard. The kitchen is large. The clothes washer and dryer are new. There were a few maintenance and convenience items that should be taken care of and we let the property manager know.

This home was perfect for our family group of 11. We cooked two large meals during our stay, and the kitchen was perfect for that. Everything seemed to be new and/or updated. Just fyi, the disposal had to be plugged in and out under the sink to be used. The wall switch would not work without doing that. Great rental, close to the beach.

Location was great and we loved the size of the house for our family. However, there were a few minor things that should be improved. Some towels were no longer white (clearly makeup stains so not owners fault but they should be replaced as it felt a bit odd), there were no blankets on the bed other than the comforter and there was clearly a pet at the home at some point in time as we had hair on quite a few items and found quite a few while there. None of these would discourage my stay, but for a “luxury” house advertised, it didn’t feel luxurious.

Great Place to Stay?

We stayed here for our wedding and it was wonderful having a clean bright space for everyone getting ready! Plus lots of space for people to have to themselves. Jason was great to communicate with too!

Great stay, would definitely stay again!!

We had a amazing time with our fur pups!! Thank you for being a great host. Our fur pups enjoyed going to the dog beach. We got to go see a few of the lighthouses around the area. The house is very close to everything you'd want to go and do in Ludington. The home is very beautiful and spacious as well.

Wedding weekend in Ludington

This is a great place to stay with family! There were 6 of us staying for a weekend wedding and was perfect. They even accommodated the family pet! Place was very clean and beautiful! Great atmosphere, relaxing and close to everything downtown. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!
