”Positives first, we had a family wedding near by and were allowed to check into the room at1pm instead of 4.30pm which was greatly appreciated. There is ample free on site parking and the building from the outside looks very nice.However the property is very dated and in desperate need of renovation.”

”Delightful host Jules and wonderful property - our room was beautifully decorated with en suite bathroom facilities. We booked room only and this worked out really well for us. Breakfast a short walk to Truffles met our needs and there are lots of other places to eat locally. Jules told us that although she will not be offering breakfast she will be providing hampers for guests soon - we will definitely be returning for her excellent hospitality. It made our trip. ”

”We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.”

”I arrived later than should for check in due to delays but was still able to book in. The room was very clean with a lovely big comfortable double bed. There was tea and coffee in the rooms plus a television which was an added bonus. The shower room was extremely clean and the shower was lovely and hot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. ”

”This is not a hotel or a B&B, its a room with shared Bathroom/Toilet. There is no check-in but a key-code which is not a problem. Check-in is at 15.00 and check-out is at 10.00 Apart from the front of the building we never saw anything remotely Tudor in our room. You will be asked for a deposit but to be honest there is nothing in the room worth £100.00. The Bed was clean and not uncomfortable and the owner is helpful when you ask for anything. ”
