Welcome to our idyllic 14,000 m² shared wooded property on Usedom! Here you’ll find 3 bungalows and 2 luxury RVs. Enjoy nature, comfort, and a breathtaking view of the Krumminer Wiek.
Your brand-new (2025) luxury trailer (20 m²) offers stylish comfort for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. It features a living area, kitchen, and sleeping area with a double bed. A private hot tub and your own patio furniture invite you to relax.

Property & Surroundings
Immerse yourself in the unspoiled beauty of the Baltic Sea coast. Our vacation property is located right on the water and offers a fantastic view of the Krumminer Wiek. Although there is no direct access to the water due to a small cliff, you can reach the swimming beach via the neighboring campground and explore the shoreline from there.

Our vacation home not only promises peace and relaxation but also serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Usedom. Enjoy the perfect combination of idyllic scenery and modern comforts.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a wide range of recreational activities that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Right next door is a campground that offers access to the small swimming cove as well as a first-class water sports school. Here you can find courses and rent water sports equipment such as wingsurfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, and sailing gear, as well as canoes and kayaks. In addition, the campground features a cozy restaurant and a small grocery store, offering all the amenities you might need during your stay, including fresh bread rolls every day. For further exploration, a bike rental service is also available to help you explore the breathtaking Gnitz Peninsula and discover the beauty of the surrounding nature. Especially for our younger guests, there are three adventure playgrounds on the campground grounds where they can play and let off steam to their heart’s content. There is a bus stop about 180 meters from our property.

* All equipment provided on the shared property may be used by all guests at their own risk. Parents are also responsible for their children. *

** Pets are allowed here. The pet owner is required to ensure that the pet does not disturb or endanger other guests. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the vacation home. Guests are required to clean up any waste left by their pets on our property. Pets are not allowed to use the hot tub. If you are traveling with a pet, please bring your own sleeping arrangements for your pet; we do not provide them. **
