”The room was very clean. They don't have a parking in the facility, but the parking lot in front of the building is a safe one.”

”I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.”

”There were no individual parkings as stated only off street, the internet never worked and there was no hot water. I had to leave early as i had a 7 yr old and the facilities were not appropriate. Very disappointing. ”

”Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....

”Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

”I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. ”We liked it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach very near. Easy acces by bus from the airport and cost only 75 cents. Breakfast was not so good. Room was okay, but the bed a bit small. Tip: on Loiza st go to La cueva del Mar. Excellent fish tacos!! Try their avocado sauce. We loved it.”

”It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!”

”The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! ”

”The property is a true gem.A tropical zen getaway paradise with all the real home vibes: Modern industrial bedoom that leads into a quiet, private magical garden (w a pond) that encircles the whole area. ”Majoitus tässä guesthousessa oli sinänsä ihan okei, mutta tasoon nähden hinta oli kallis. Huoneessa ei ollut kassakaappia ja ison kaapin ovet repsottivat. Huone oli pihan tasolla, joten verhoja ei voinut pitää auki ilman, että kaikki olisivat nähneet huoneeseen. Huoneessa oli kosteaa ja mieto hieman epämiellyttävä haju. Lavuaarin hanasta tuli vettä vain kapeana norona. Palvelu oli enimmäkseen hyvin ystävällistä ja siisteystaso oli hyvä. Wifin toiminta pätki.”

”The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not...
