The cottage is located in a middle-class neighborhood in Mendoza, Argentina, surrounded by wineries and vineyards, with free outdoor parking; every time you go out for a walk, you’ll see the majestic mountain. It has a well-kept backyard with a grill, a garden table, and a patio umbrella, and in the summer, the inflatable pool is very refreshing. The garage next door is shared—you just press a button to park your car if needed. What I like most is its value for the price, since the master bedroom is separate and has its own bathroom with a shower and sink. The living room converts into a guest room where two people can sleep on a single bed, and they have access to a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and an additional sink. The internet connection is stable, and it stays quite cool in the summer thanks to its high, rounded ceiling, while it’s quite cozy in the winter since it’s small and inviting.
