It was almost impossible to have any service from the pool bar - no staff nearby and it was very difficult to order any beverages or lunch. Basically, the pool bar was "closed" even though the hotel was fully booked due to new year. One needed to dress up and go inside to a restaurant to find any staff. Then again you waited to have the menu and then another...

”I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. ”
