I thought the name ramada would ensure a good stay. Magnetic lock took 20 swipes to work, steps were corroded and follong apart.both ice machines disnt work ,breakfast do e at845. Lovby had a christmas tree and a hea y duty fan..not welcoming at all. Mens underwear and socks in bushes by pool. I only paid $30ish dollars but that was even too much! I was insulted to have to pay 20 for my dog...he even couldnt wait to leave. Dog poop all over the yard, no trash can. . Walls were paper thin so people next door kept me up all night! Would have left at 9pm but huge storm came in. Stayed in cleaner hostels!

Scariest place I’ve ever stayed. Bunch of people hanging out around the back of the motel. Husband stayed in the chair most of the night cause he was afraid someone would mess with his truck. If I had known Lumberton was the number one crime rated town in NC I never would’ve stopped

The price was inexpensive and the room was nice as shown in the picture. However the outside of the property was dirty and need of paint. The pool was empty and filled with dirty water, the walkways were dirty with peeling paint and cigarette butts. I'm pretty sure there were people living at this hotel which was not an issue but you should know. The property was well lit but there seemed to be a lot of action there on the Friday I stayed. And adjacent hotel also seemed to be worse and housing residents. I say spend the extra $ and stay at a better hotel in the area. Thank me later

We booked as it stated there was a pool , however when we arrived, we were told it was closed (not time related). The young woman at the desk was cinfused as to how a online 3rd vendor booking was to be accessed in the system, but did the best she could, and called for assistance from her phone. She was able to assign us a ground floor room, as we have a son with mobility issues.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 months and each time i stay i am very pleased and the staff is amazing even the house keepers are friendly as well . Super clean and the beds are really comfy id recommend this motel to anyone will be coming back

Très propre sauf pour le module moulé du mur du bain où beaucoup de poils étaient présents sur la tablette du bas. Préposée à l’accueil polie mais peu souriante à l’arrivée mais des félicitations à celui qui était présent à notre départ et qui s’occupait du déjeuner qui était très attentionné.

The only thing I found wrong was it was loud because of the street and the door needed to be fixed. The cleanliness was great and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, had a loud neighbor who decided yelling in the middle of the night was a fun idea, but that's not the motels fault!

I booked the suite which was very roomy for my family of 5 the beds where very comfortable and we got two full baths two microwaves two coffee makers two yvs and two mini fridges. I also enjoy their complimentary breakfast they served it was a reasonable choices to chose from.

It was very cheap. Room was decent and bed was comfortable. It looks worse on the outside than it is on the inside. If you just need a cheap room for a night on your travels, you really can't beat it.

Check in was ok. I talked with the desk clerk about an email I received before arriving telling me the hotel needed 50 bucks to be held to cover any damages I might cause. That was irritating. I'm well beyond the rock star age of trashing hotel rooms...and I never was a rock star! The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad was a heater (30 degree nights) that sounded like someone inside was pounding it with a hammer every time it kicked on! There was a good inch gap under the door that I ended up placing a rolled up towel against to lower the draft. The breakfast area was clean, the clerks were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't be afraid to stay there again...in the summertime.
