”We had a terrible night trying to sleep at this casino. Neighbors were so loud, called front desk 3 times, first 2 times they did not give them warning like they said (I would have heard them come to their door). Finally at 2:30 am they did come and tell them to be quiet. Miserable evening! ”

”Hot tub was broken for whole stay :( Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great! Some areas of the room needed a bit more cleaning (several stains on the couch, stain on headboard at mattress level due to spill, a few cobwebs). The rest of the room was cleaned well. Staff was wonderful! ”

”The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all”
