âVery cozy and lovely hotel!
I liked the unique decor, atmosphere and tranquility. Even though the hotel is centrally located, there was no traffic noise. The hotel room was nice, but the only negative thing is the plastic-covered platform under the sink in the toilet, which was strange, because the hotel was otherwise atmospheric in style.
The hotel staff were friendly and nice.â

âHotel has the art deco, the Diesel and the beach vibe. Rooms are large and newly renovated. Cleanliness is the only downside of the place - we found hair and dirt from the floor but nothing too bad. â
âSpacious and modern room. Great quiet location. Windows faced another building so we had courtains closed all the time. Great kitchen and nice bathroom. Lots of closets. Breakfast was similar to other hotels in the area (=poor). I missed simple oatmeal.â

âIt was a nice and clean beautiful hotel.
Close to everything, safe and quiet.I went with my sister and we felt very secure will definitely go back.â
âMy stay at Casa Ocean was due to a booking mix up at another hotel. I was able to get a last minute booking and was greeted warmly on my arrival. The location was excellent and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, cafes and the beach. The room was comfortable and had all I needed. I would stay there again. â

âExcellent hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable and the design of the room & furniture is beautiful. The rooms are also very quiet, which is an added bonus. They have indeed restored the former Clay Hotel beautifully. The pool area on the roof is nice for morning or afternoon chilling.â

âReally nice hotel in good location near the beach.
I had the loveliest suit with corner balcony and deep soaking path tub (Signature suite).
Room was super clean and bed comfy.
One negative thing was the shortage of hot water in the mornings sometimes. No matter how goergous bath tub is, if you don't have enough hot water for the bath.
Wifi was good.
There was no coffeemaker in the room, but you get coffee in the restaurant after 7 am.
Pool area was really nice, peacefull and relaxing. Good...

"It felt like they did not really appreciate and vaöue their guests. The hotel is more like an event venue and they also seem to prioritize that over paying guests. As an example, the pool was closed early twice during my 5 nights stay. They have pool parties every weekend, which was ok since I guess as it was not too busy so I was able to have a sunbed anyway (otherwise they prioritize pool party people) They do not have any shower etc. facilities for guests to use in case flight back is late and check out has to be done. They do have an outdoor shower, but in my departure date the pool was closed at 12am (which they did not tell me even when I specifically asked about the outdoor shower and that I want to use it) They also did not let me check the bill when checking out (drinks I ordered during the stay etc) they just gave me the receipt and as I was reviewing it they said âoh, its charged already on your cardâ Iâve never experienced that hotel wont let you check the bill before charging!
As said, it seems they are just funding the instagram worthy event venue with room charges but guests dont really matter to them. Also, rooms are nit cheap.
Location is good and room was good (for 1 person, coz tiny)
