”We were very pleased with our stay. The outside of the building is kept clean, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and fairly decent sized, the bed was absolutely magical after a long drive. So comfortable. We will definitely being staying there again the next time we go to Pincher Creek. ”

”Good, clean place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the bathroom was very clean. All the sheets and towels smelled fresh. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus. We had no issues with noise, the staff was helpful, and there were plenty of nearby places to walk. The city center is only a few minutes away.”

”The room had a nice view. The women who clean and the person at the front desk are extremely nice. The major problem I had is that the cleaners kept wanting to clean the room. Unfortunately, I am allergic to a lot of chemicals, and they were cleaning the hall rugs plus the room I was in with heavily scented strong cleaning solution. I had trouble breathing as a result. The cleaner kept saying, ¨Oh it is nice. It smells so nice etc."Meanwhile, I was not able to breathe properly and developed a...

”I had booked 2 rooms for 5 days. No bedding was changed or towels in the 5 days being there. My shower did not work and toilet wouldn't flush. My fridge was so dirty I couldn't put any food in it. On top of that they did not remove my garbage. There was no cable which is ok but there was suppose to be internet which only worked for one night. It was suppose to be smoke free building when all you can smell was cigarettes and weed. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.”
