”Large, comfortable room and a wide variety of options at breakfast (omelets, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, etc). The room has a nice shower with good water pressure, though it took me a while to understand how to turn it on. The main room was a bit dim since there was no ceiling lights, and I closed the curtains as my room was right across the parking lot.”

”Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. ”Pool had what looked like a huge leak in the ceiling so my daughter didn't want to swim. Bathroom was not very clean, but didn't realize that until I went to take a shower before bed.”

”My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.”

”The hotel could use a little updating but the room was very clean and in a perfect spot. You can travel to Portsmouth or Kittery all within 10 minutes. Pool area was nice too. We didn’t have breakfast, but saw a lot of people enjoying it.”

”Loved the breakfast. Common areas were clean and well lit. The room, while comfortable, nut needed housekeeping attention, particularly the bathroom. I was confused by the room cleaning schedule of every other day. Our room was freshened only once in our 7 night stay. Trash was emptied only once. We liked the hotel and will return.”

Beds were advertised as queen but were only doubled. When brought to the staff’s attention, we were told that all beds are that size. So they are falsely offering larger beds.
