”The apartment was clean and very well-appointed, especially given it's small size. We had everything we needed. Good proximity to Portobello Beach, free street parking, and a small convenience store next door. Note that the property is a walk-up. Mark was friendly and responsive.”

”Warm and welcoming. Excellent location, great value for money. Some roofing work going on but there was zero noise or disturbance whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms silent, so we slept well. Second time staying here, will be coming back. Craig is lovely and helpful, and we got to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could go to Portobello for we had a late flight. Oh and I could just see Arthur's Seat from the room window :)”

”All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. I would guess this is a rare event and suggested to...
