We had great weather all week and the cottage was centrally located near all the places we wanted to visit. ”We would have preferred to be closer to town but the drive wasn't too far. Place was spotless, kitchen well equipped. Setting very pretty on the water but our weather did not allow us to enjoy it fully. Lots of birds to watch, deer, even a fox walked by.”

”The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. ”
