The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wonderful variety with a cozy, farmhouse atmosphere. The food is delicious, the coffee selection excellent, and while check-in is self-service, the team on-site is warm and attentive throughout your stay. Loved our stay, would definitely comeback. ”

”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”

”The hotel’s location was excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was clean and functional. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I come back to Lucerne, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. As a small note, the room could have been a bit warmer.”

”We loved this hotel. We felt extremely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a great lunch on the patio before checking in, then had a great Fondue dinner inside after hiking the Panorama trail (the highlight of our entire trip). Breakfast was excellent as well. We got a forest view room, which while small, was updated and modern and made great use of the space. It also had a very nice view of the chalets on the hill and a group of goats. Will be staying there and in Wengen in the...

”Modern large room. Great location next to train station. Note there is no fridge in the room which wasn’t a problem as we stayed in December and left our milk on the balcony and it stayed cold! Great friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Nice bar area. Would highly recommend. ”

”More like a brad&breakfast than an actual hotel, this was a simple yet pleasant place to stay. Excellent location to explore the mountains nearby, good breakfast and friendly service. The room was large and tidy, nothing fancy but everything you need. A tip for fellow travellers: during the peak months it is necessary to book a table for dinner. ”

”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel. As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! ”

”Hotel Berghof is located at Wilderswil near the city of Interlaken. The hotel was in very nice and scenic location on top of a hill. The views were fantastic and you could see the mountains, the town and the local life. Room was very large, nicely equipped and clean. Breakfast was also delicious.”
