”Great terrace. Room was small but all we needed for our Cinque Terre hiking trip. Could have used another pillow but otherwise the room was in a great location!”

Talo ei ole kummoinen, mutta huoneet ovat remontoituja ja siistejä. Vastaanotto on paikalla vain sisään tultaessa. Saapuminen sijui oikein hyvin. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen lähellä rautatieasemaa ja pääkatua. Aamiainen on tarjolla läheisessä baarissa, mikä ei ole kovinkaan mukava ratkaisu.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on arrival by Donatella and Giuliano and shown our accommodation. We could not have been more happy with the room and bathroom. There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre.”

”This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. ”Great guest house (not a hotel!), with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, renovated, with fridge. Location is great if you have a car. It is quiet with great views to the town from the upper hill. If you dont have a car, prepare to walk 30 min to the center of La Spezia. I would not spend my days at the guest house, but it was great place to stay over nights when visiting the Cinque Terre (five villages). Price is not too cheap, and they do not accept credit card. No services (restaurants...

”Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. ”

”Room was on top of the loudest bar in Levanto and windows were directly to the street. I was pretty loud. I don’t want to think about summer time. ”
