”We had the most wonderful and very special stay at the cabin. The hosts were extremely helpful before we arrived, they answered questions swiftly and gave great recommendations. The view takes your breath away and I got up every morning to watch the sunrise and listen to the wildlife, it was very special and made leaving today very difficult. The cabin is lovely and well kitted out, it had everything we needed. I really could not recommend this place and the hosts enough, amazing, thank you.”

”It was a lovely retreat on the lake for our family. Located between Huntsville and Birmingham gave us nice day-trip opportunities. There isn’t a dishwasher but paper plates were provided for the nights we didn’t want to do dishes.”

”The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Location was beautiful, peaceful and close to golf courses. On the “not the best “ side would be the quality of mattresses in the bedrooms other than master. Also the toilet paper was quite thin. We would certainly rent again and bring Charmin.”

”This property was everything we could wish for in a lakeside cabin. Secluded, quiet & beautiful land complete with a gas grill, fire pit, porch seating for cool evening dinners, spacious dock for lazy days fishing or swimming and a canoe with paddle’s & various sized life jackets for exploring lake Smith. The cabin was super clean with all of the necessities. The beds & linens are comfy with extra blankets just in case. We loved our stay & recommend to everyone.”

”An absolutely wonderful stay! My friends (10 adults) go on a Smith Lake trip every year and we FINALLY found the house we’re gonna go back to year after year!! Had everything we needed, great comfy beds, plenty of communal space. We loved that there were many options for spaces to hang out around the house. The hosts and property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. The dock was awesome and well stocked with toys. We also appreciated that the lot was flat and didn’t have to go down...

”House is new, very clean, well furnished, and accurate to VRBO pix. Furniture aptly placed and comfortable. Hard to tell what we enjoyed more - the view with morning coffee over still waters from the screen porch or from the top level of the dock. Bass were breaking the top of the water in the cove early a.m. Our boat depth finder measured 25+ feet deep at the end of the dock so flips off the top level were awsum. ”The house is exactly as described! Beautiful part of the lake and we had peaceful mornings with coffee on the back porch. The boat ramp is so close and easy to use for your boat. Only negative is the mattresses need to be replaced. We had 6 adults & everything in the house functions well. We brought a Blackstone table top griddle where we made most of our meals outside.
