”I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service”

”The room was very nice and clean; however the ac in our living room didn’t work properly. The staff was very nice and the pool was great. Breakfast was good. The property needed some upkeep and some things were broken but otherwise, good”

”We’ve been staying here while in the process of buying a house. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is very nice. They have laundry facilities and offer to loan small appliances for your use.
The pool is basic but always clean and never too busy. Parking is ample well lit at night. I’d say this hotel is the best bang for your buck (they also offer discounted rates for those staying more than 30 days). ”
