”The host was very responsive prior to our visit. Giving us suggestions on hikes and things to enjoy during our stay. The house is pretty remote, but finding it was easy, and the views were perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to feed a family of 7. The blackstone was great to have for a few of our meals. The layout was perfect for our group; we spent all our time upstairs, never really used the downstairs living space. Checking out was super easy, the host didn't ask very much of...

”Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch!”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Moose House in Walden. It was perfect for my husband and me during our visit to State Forest State Park. Mindy thought of everything from oatmeal pouches for breakfast, an outdoor firepit, a very comfortable bed, an assortment of pots and pans if you choose to cook, coffee and teas, ice in freezer (seriously, not all places do this for you). The communications was excellent the house was super clean and my favorite...it was decorated with a moose theme!!!...
