”It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.”

The property is a duplex on a large rural setting that backs directly to the just completed bike/walking trail in the area (Tabeguache) There are two bedrooms- one main with a queen, a second with a good size bunk beds. There is also a queen size bed in an enclosed porch area. So plenty of space for a good number of people- but only one bathroom. The property is probably built in the 70s...

”Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.”

”The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. One thing I would suggest is to mention the portable air conditioning unit that is in the upstairs closet in the welcome book. The showers take a couple minutes for the water temperature...

”This is a nice property for a multigenerational gathering. Plenty of room and things to keep active teenage boys busy. We had everything we needed, as in the kitchen was well stocked with various cookware and utensils. Sheets, blankets and pillows were fine, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bus.The one aspect I did not realize, were all the stairs.
