”As an older woman traveling alone, I’m especially concerned about safety. The motel grounds were well-lit and I felt completely safe the whole time. The host and hostess, even with the language barrier, were friendly and prompt and efficient when there was a plumbing problem. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m back in the area. Glad I found it. ”

”I think it's a great hotel. Not bad at all...There's some things I'd change if it were up to me, but like the parking needs to be closer I think (it's close enough though). Not too bad of an area...Room seemed clean enough, with dents and dings here and there...I'd go again! And yes, they do leave the light on for you..”

”Pros: I liked that it was close to the restaurant that we had dined at. The outside doesn't speak for the inside. It was pretty clean on the inside. Cons: The check out time was earlier than expected-10 a.m. With a checkout time that early, it would be helpful to have alarm clocks in the rooms or a phone so that allows you to call down to the front desk and have an alarm scheduled for you. The beds are not stable so when you go to sit down on it, the bed moves. The chair at the desk in...

”This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We requested hangers and an iron (they were not in our room) and the staff brought them to our room immediately. This hotel is a basic traveler hotel, but was perfect for our stay and close to family. Breakfast was "to go" (fruit, nutrition bar, and banana bread), but that fit our schedule. It is located right next to a Circle K and is on a main highway. We would stay here again.”

”Very friendly manager. For our fishing expedition to Carter's Lake, the location is perfect. Not far from some great restaurants in Ellijay as well.”

”Clearly there have been some upgrades done, newer paint and vanity and bathroom tile. The carpet was old and filthy, the AC unit was old, loud and didn't cool well. It was very dirty. Sheets, towels and bedspreads all had dirt or stains on them. The bathroom fan had tons of dust on it, like it hadn't been cleaned in years! The cable went out while watching TV. The cleaning person was very friendly. Ok place to lay your head but go down a few exits for a better hotel!”

”This place should not be listed as a place to stay. It was dirty, the only inside amenity was a television. There were no lamps in the room. Only one bed had sheets on it. The primary reason you shouldn't be recommending this place is that it's located in a prostitution neighborhood. ”

”The little house was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub. The quiet was great and we enjoyed a nice wine tour eith grape escape. The only thong we needed was a good cutting knife and cuttibg board. We love to cook and we made our dinner the first night. Had to use a steak knife to make salad and cut veggies. Knives would be good would definitely book again. Thanks so much for your beautiful little cabin. We live ina cabin in Kentucky and that is our happy place.”

”Even though the weather was cool, dreary, and rainy, the inside of this lovely house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door to when we reluctantly had to say goodbye and go our separate ways home. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities and conveniences provided by our host and appreciated his quick responses and solutions to our questions.
