”We had book a standard room for four nights but when we got there the hotel was overbooked and we had to spent first night in a dorm (it was only for us). The dorm didn't have anything (minibar etc) what we have paid. We didn't get any rebate and the staff said the dorm is more expensive than standard room. The staff was very impolite.
