”We had excellent service when we arrived late night. The restaurant serves a full breakfast that was amazing! Thank you!”

”We used almost all amenities while staying here: the locker room, lap pool, fitness center, business center, and restaurants. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, the pools were great to use for my morning swim. We would stay again. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get any WIFI connection in our room, even our phones said "emergency calls only"- so if you stay at the end of the hall with rooms 200, be aware you may not have service.”

”Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

”I chose to stay at this hotel specifically because I wanted to use the pool. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the pool was closed. While I understand that the hotel cannot control the weather, I was disappointed that the staff said there would be no accommodations, such as a return pass or future opportunity to use the pool, despite that being one of the main reasons for my stay. This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced here, and it seems like every time I stay, something goes wrong....
